🌲What will you do in the team?
- You will ensure smooth and professional customer service - you will follow the established service standards and create a pleasant customer experience from the first contact;
- You will provide information about the rehabilitation center and its services;
- You will register clients for the services provided, take care of a smooth registration process and accurate data entry;
- You will contribute to the sale of services, help clients find the most suitable services for them;
- You will work with the cash register - you will ensure a smooth and accurate billing process;
- You will cooperate with colleagues from other cities - together you will strive for unified and high-quality customer service throughout the organization;
- You will administer documents, maintain order and ensure that all necessary information is accurately managed
🌲What do we expect from you?
- Higher or higher education;
- Good Russian and/or English language skills, this will help ensure smooth communication with customers and provide them with quality service (we would consider knowledge of other languages an advantage);
- Strong computer skills (MS Office), we expect you to be able to work effectively with information, manage it and ensure smooth processes;
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, it is important that you are able to create a pleasant experience, professionally solve challenges, maintain emotional balance even in more intense situations;
- Positivity and willingness to help - your smile, good mood and sincere concern for people will contribute to creating a cozy, welcoming atmosphere.

Our Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Center operating in the sanatorium is the largest in Lithuania in terms of the volume of medical rehabilitation services provided, and also unites 13 outpatient medical rehabilitation centers throughout the country. They provide inpatient and outpatient medical rehabilitation services using the most modern methods of physiotherapy, physiotherapy, occupational therapy and other scientific advances.
