What are you going to do?
- You will be the first person to greet guests of the institution and create a professional and friendly environment.
- You will coordinate information flows: administer calls, e-mails, organize information search and systematization.
- You will manage documentation and correspondence, ensure their smooth distribution.
- You will assist colleagues with administrative and organizational issues.
- You will contribute to the implementation of various daily processes and projects.
We hope you:
- Have a university degree or equivalent.
- You speak Lithuanian fluently and are able to communicate in English.
- You are organized, responsible and attentive to details.
- You are able to quickly navigate situations and make decisions independently.
- You have good computer and document administration skills.
- You enjoy working with people and value teamwork.
