Stafferty's client is a growing pharmaceutical marketing company operating in the field of beauty, aesthetics and dermatological cosmetics. The company represents international cosmetics manufacturers and cooperates with the largest retail chains in Lithuania.
We are currently looking for an Administrator to join our small, friendly and professional team. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
I will administer invoicing and data entry into systems;
I will coordinate communication with retail chains regarding promotions, offers and orders;
I will administer e-stores, update product information, promotions and banners and promptly administer customer and partner inquiries by e-mail, telephone and social networks;
I will fill out prepared forms, update warehouse balances and other administrative information;
I will administer the company's social networks, prepare and publish content and newsletters;
I will prepare reports and work with data analysis in Excel.

EXPECTATIONS FOR CANDIDATE (S):
You speak and write Lithuanian fluently;
You have good English language skills (B2 level and above);
You work well with MS Office programs, especially Excel;
You are meticulous, organized and attentive to details;
You are able to independently plan work and set priorities;
You are responsible, proactive and do not get lost when working with a large amount of information;
You are curious, willing to learn and quickly understand new processes.
