Specialist functions:
- administers and regularly updates the wartime appointments of LKA PKT soldiers and cadets and the list of commandants, taking into account personnel changes;
- administers the Junior Officer Commanders Training (hereinafter – JKVM) trainees (prepares orders for the appointment, dismissal, and granting of the first officer rank of JKVM trainees; prepares oath-taking documents; prepares and issues certificates, carries out their accounting and writing off; prepares certificates necessary for resolving the personal and social issues of trainees; forms personal files and transfers them to the Board of Military Commandants; administers data in the personnel management information system PerVIS, etc.);
- prepares, monitors and updates the descriptions of the Internal Rules of Procedure (hereinafter – VTT) related to direct activities and ensures their compliance with the applicable regulatory legal acts;
- performs other functions related to direct activities, established by laws and regulatory legal acts and assigned by the direct manager.

- you have acquired at least a higher university education with a bachelor's degree or an equivalent higher education qualification or a higher college education with a professional bachelor's degree or an equivalent higher education qualification;
- you have experience in personnel administration in the national defense system, in this area you have worked with PerVIS and the document management information system DokVIS;
- you have a permit to work with or access classified information marked with the security mark "Restricted use" (the issue of issuing a permit is decided upon during employment).
