you have a higher education;
have 5 years of experience in managing performance assurance processes;
have 5 years of managerial experience, managing a team, structural unit or organizing and coordinating the work of a group of employees.
have worked with process optimization, digitalization or efficiency improvement initiatives;
have leadership skills - you are able to inspire, develop, mobilize and motivate a team to achieve common goals and implement changes;
have strategic planning, leadership, work organization, human resource management competencies;
have excellent Lithuanian language skills and good English language skills;
have technical knowledge in the field of nuclear energy and a certificate issued by VATESI (knowledge will be checked before starting work);

You will form and implement strategic directions for transport, asset management, document management and IT;
You will ensure the implementation of the department's activities, services and strategic initiatives across the organization;
You will mobilize and strengthen the management team, form a culture based on leadership, partnership and results;
You will make strategic decisions regarding operational efficiency, digitalization and organizational changes;
You will ensure the implementation of asset management, service provision and related processes;
You will be a strategic partner to management, manage risks and contribute to the implementation of long-term organizational goals and changes.
