ADMINISTRATION MANAGER (FIXED-TERM EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT)

We are currently looking for a new team member in the Office Administration Department. In this position, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of the office. Do you think we are on the right track? Then we are waiting for you in our team!

You will contribute to the creation of a safe and green energy ecosystem:

• Administering the organization's documents (registering in the document management system, distributing, sending and archiving);
• Communicating with company guests, partners;
• Maintaining and preparing the organization's conference rooms for training or seminars;
• Ordering goods and services, administering contracts, processing invoices;
• Providing various assistance to managers and colleagues in different cities of Lithuania.

• Higher university or higher education;
• At least 1 year of office administration work experience;
• Excellent skills with MS Office programs;
• Knowledge of legal acts on document preparation and management and the ability to apply them in practice;
• Good organizational and time planning skills;
• Knowledge of general customer service standards;
• Ability to work in a team and individually;
• Good written and spoken Lithuanian language skills.

The fixed salary range for the position group is from EUR 1,720 to EUR 2,580 (before tax). A specific salary is offered based on experience and competence. A variable remuneration component may be paid in addition to the salary.
