We offer a job in the beauty field. The nature of the work includes managing the flow of incoming customers in the salon or store, consulting customers by phone and solving operational problems. It is also expected that the employee will be able to professionally present the products sold and will actively seek to sell them.

The store sells only professional products, so a frequent customer is a specialist in their field. In this position, the administrator will also be responsible for administering orders for the online store - preparing them, packing them, sending them and communicating with customers to resolve any issues that arise.

Additionally, the administrator will take care of the maintenance of products in the warehouse and preparing them for sale (sticking labels, ensuring a representative appearance).

Requirements:

• Willingness to communicate with customers (live, by phone and email)
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude
• Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian (verbal and written)
• Knowledge of English and Russian is an advantage
• Computer literacy
• Social media administration skills are an advantage
• Basic accounting skills are an advantage
• Work experience in the beauty industry is an advantage (especially with hair extensions)
• Maintaining order

950-1100 €/mon. net
