JurisConsultus – a law firm specializing in business law is looking for an Attorney, Paralegal, or Legal Assistant to join our team, who would contribute their experience to the team in the field of corporate law.
The nature of the work will include, but not be limited to, the following areas:
The nature of the work will include, but not be limited to, the following areas:
- corporate law, commercial law, contract law;
- corporate reorganization – mergers, spin-offs, acquisitions/sales;
- ensuring compliance of business clients with legal regulations, preparation of internal documents;
- real estate and construction, construction equipment, territorial planning;
- advising clients on civil and labor law issues and preparing legal opinions and other documents.
We are waiting for your resume if you:
- you have a master's degree in law;
- you have acquired at least two years of legal work experience in a law firm/private company, independently executing Clients' orders and advising them on the legal aspects of company operations and management, transactions and business contracts;
- you have good time planning, strong legal reasoning skills;
- you have analytical thinking;
- you are able to consistently and logically present your thoughts orally and in writing;
- you know how to independently plan and organize your work, manage information, collect, systematize, summarize and prepare legal conclusions;
- you are focused on both personal and team results.
