Nature of work
- Working with corporate law issues;
- Preparing and reviewing internal documents, contracts and other legal documents of companies;
- Participating in the implementation of investment and other business projects;
- Consulting on civil and commercial disputes;
- Representing clients' interests and resolving daily legal issues.
Employee requirements
- Have a higher university legal education (Master of Laws degree);
- Have at least 3 years of similar work experience;
- Be distinguished by strong logical thinking, diligence and creativity;
- Be able to independently and professionally prepare legal documents;
- Have excellent knowledge of the Lithuanian language and at least B1 level of English;
- Be able to work with several projects simultaneously and have excellent planning skills;
- Be presentable and have an impeccable reputation;
- Be focused on quality results;
- Have strong communication and collaboration skills, actively engage in team communication and contribute to creating the visibility of the community according to their competence (professional insights, content, events or other initiatives).
