AEO Project Coordinator/Project Manager

Project Manager/Coordinator, responsible for the administration and coordination of the AEO (Authorized Economic Operator) certification project. The main role is to ensure the smooth progress of the project in cooperation with external consultants and internal departments of the company. The position is focused on project management, process coordination, documentation preparation and administration.

Main responsibilities

• Coordinate the implementation of the AEO certification project.
• Cooperate with external/internal consultants.
• Administer project documentation, process descriptions and instructions (update, harmonization).
• Prepare and update project documents according to the information provided by the company's departments, structure and standardize process descriptions.
• Coordinate the preparation of the AEO questionnaire.
• Collect information from different company departments and systematize it in the project documentation.
• Organize and document project meetings, track deadlines and task execution.
• Ensure communication between different departments of the company.
• Help prepare for audits and institutional assessments.
• Monitor the progress of the project and provide periodic reports to management.

• Experience in project coordination or project management.
• Ability to prepare and structure process documentation based on information provided by departments.
• Experience in logistics, customs or compliance is an advantage.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate the work of several teams and meet deadlines.
• Analytical thinking and ability to systematize information.
• Good knowledge of Lithuanian and English.
