Affiliate Partnerships / Business Development Manager

Our team comprises over 350 creative individuals from 42 different countries and 2 offices in Vilnius, Lithuania.

Bored Panda Ventures is launching a new affiliate and content business line around Demilked, transforming it into a premier platform for AI tools, SaaS, and digital products for creators and marketers. We are looking for an Affiliate Partnerships / Business Development Manager to build and manage our partner pipeline from the ground up. In this role, you will identify relevant partners, negotiate commercial terms, secure exclusive offers, and collaborate with our content team to turn traffic into real commercial value.

What You Will Do:

• Identify relevant AI tools, creator tools, SaaS products, digital products, and online tools for the Demilked audience;
  
• Build and manage a structured partner pipeline;
  
• Reach out to potential partners and affiliate program teams;
  
• Build direct relationships with SaaS, tool, and digital product companies;
  
• Negotiate affiliate commissions, cookie duration, special offers, bonuses, and exclusive deals;
  
• Secure better terms than standard public affiliate programs where possible;
  
• Work with the content team to align partner offers with upcoming articles and reviews;
  
• Identify co-marketing opportunities with partners;
  
• Track which partners, deals, and content angles generate the best results;
  
• Help create a repeatable system for turning content into referred transactions;
  
• Consult on the best affiliate content practices to increase conversions.
  

What We Expect:

• Experience in affiliate marketing, business development, partnerships, media monetization, SaaS partnerships, or commercial growth;
  
• Strong outreach and communication skills;
  
• Ability to identify good commercial opportunities;
  
• Understanding of how affiliate deals, commissions, tracking, and conversion funnels work;
  
• Ability to negotiate directly with partners
  
• Comfortable working in an early-stage project where the system is still being built;
  
• Strong English communication skills;
  
• Ownership mindset and ability to work independently;
  
• Previous experience working with affiliate programs or affiliate networks;
  
• Experience with SaaS, AI tools, creator tools, or digital products;
  
• Experience in media, content monetization, or performance marketing;
  
• Understanding of metrics like click-out rate, conversion rate, EPC, CPA, LTV, and referred transactions.
