Nature and conditions of work

Customer service and consulting by phone, in customer service systems, on social platforms and live.
Establishing relationships with new customers (private and business) and maintaining and developing existing relationships.
Issuing invoices and maintaining data in the accounting program.
Working with ticket reservation and customer service systems.
Daily support to the team and ensuring smooth office work.
Fixed-term contract for a trial period of 3 months, with possible extension as needed (by mutual agreement of the parties).

Skills and experience

Higher or higher education.
Good knowledge of English.
Knowledge of accounting basics (advantage).
Responsible, meticulous and flexible approach to work.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Ability to solve customer problems and manage situations.
Customer orientation and service quality.
Quick reaction and ability to work with a volume of requests.
Experience working with CRM / customer management systems (advantage).
Clear and professional written and oral communication.

Salary

1600 €/mon. gross
