BY JOINING THE TEAM, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Agricultural cooperative "Pienas LT" is looking for a strategically thinking, entrepreneurial and strong leadership competences Agro Department Manager, who would contribute to the development of agribusiness, effective management of the department and strengthening long-term partnerships with cooperative members.
This is an opportunity for an experienced manager to combine a strategic approach with practical business management, initiate changes and mobilize a team for common goals.

- You will form the strategy of the agribusiness development department, lead the team, develop its competencies and ensure the implementation of the set goals.
- You will coordinate the activities of raw materials and farm service, central procurement and farm economic development.
- You will create and strengthen long-term, mutually value-based relationships with cooperative members and raw material suppliers.
- You will analyze the agribusiness market, identify growth opportunities and initiate strategic and operational efficiency-increasing solutions.
- You will participate in the formation and implementation of the raw materials purchasing and sales strategy.
- You will ensure effective management of the department's budget, monitoring of financial results and sustainability of operations.
- You will cooperate with the CEO, heads of other departments and the board in making strategic decisions important to the organization.
WE HOPE YOU:
- You have a higher university education.
- You have accumulated significant experience in the fields of agribusiness, commercial activities or business development.
- You have experience in leading a team, you are able to inspire, mobilize people and achieve ambitious results.
- You are distinguished by strategic and commercial thinking, you are able to assess market trends and make data-based decisions.
- You have strong skills in negotiations, building relationships and harmonizing the interests of different stakeholders.
- You are familiar with the principles of financial and budget management, you are able to analyze performance results and increase efficiency.
- You are able to initiate and implement changes in a dynamic business environment.
- You are familiar with the regulation of raw material purchase and sale activities.
- You speak English fluently. Knowledge of other foreign languages is an advantage.
