Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Visiting farmers and agricultural companies in Latvia and building long-term relationships;
  • Consulting on surfactants, biological products;
  • Working with business management tools - Geoface, Monday.com, analytical programs;
  • Active participation in market development, providing proposals for improving processes and results;
  • Crop monitoring, preparing recommendations for farmers;
  • Data collection and analysis.

We hope you:

  • You have a higher education in agronomy;
  • You know about fertilizers, you are able to create a fertilization plan;
  • You have similar work experience - consulting, sales, working with farmers (an advantage);
  • You are able to communicate in English (Russian and Latvian would be a great advantage);
  • You have a driver's license and are not afraid of active work in the fields;
  • You are sociable, independent, responsible and result-oriented;
  • You are from Northern Lithuania (Šiauliai, Joniškis, Radviliškis, Biržai, Rokiškis, Mažeikiai, Akmenė, Naujoji Akmenė, Pasvalys, Žagarė, etc.).
