Nature of work
- Manage the work of assigned employees, distribute tasks in accordance with the approved regulations.
- Organize the rational use of raw materials, materials and energy.
- Control compliance with technological processes for growing vegetables and eliminate violations.
- Ensure quality control of grown products.
- Ensure compliance with labor discipline and order in the workshop.
- Prepare primary accounting documents and submit reports within the established deadlines.
- Maintain accounting and control of working hours of department employees.
Employee requirements
- Higher or higher agronomic / agricultural education.
- Knowledge of vegetable growing technologies, plant care, fertilization and protection.
- Ability to organize and control the work of employees.
- Knowledge of labor laws, occupational safety and hygiene rules.
- Basics of computer literacy (MS Office, filling out accounting documents).
- Analytical skills, responsibility and diligence.
- Communication skills, ability to work in a team and make decisions independently.
- Advantage - experience of similar work in the agricultural sector.
