Your responsibilities:
- Plan, organize and control field work – crop rotation, fertilization plans, sowing and harvesting;
- Plan the working hours of mechanizers, organize and control their work and the quality of their work;
- Monitor the condition of crops and assess the quality of stored grains;
- Manage warehouse resources of fertilizers, seeds and plant protection products (reception, issuance, accounting, filling out journals);
- Manage crop declaration, contract and insurance documents;
- Organize mandatory inspections of equipment and purchases of farm goods;
- Register invoices, fill out journals and collect data in farm management systems;
- Prepare reports on the progress and results of work and transfer documents to accounting in a timely manner.
We hope you:
- You have a university or higher education in the field of agriculture or are a final year student;
- You have good computer skills and are able to work with agricultural management and accounting programs;
- You are meticulous and organized - you are able to meet deadlines and keep documents neatly;
- You have a category B driver's license;
- You have experience in the field of agriculture (an advantage).

We are a modern group of mixed farms managing almost 4,500 ha of land, engaged in dairying and horticulture. The farms keep over 2,000 cattle, of which 800 are dairy cows (annual milk yield 12 tons per animal).
