- Planning and organizing the work of mechanizers;
- Completing prescribed documents, drawing up budgets for the crop production department;
- Continuous performance improvement.
Employee requirements
- Education in the field of agronomy;
- Experience of performing crop production work on a farm or agricultural company;
- Knowledge of grain crop growing and silage preparation technologies;
- Quick orientation and ability to make quick decisions;
- Excellent work planning and organization skills;
- Consistency, responsibility, honesty and positivity;
- Good computer skills;
- Driver's license.
