Job Description:
Effectively organize daily tasks: soil cultivation, fertilization, sowing, spraying;
Plan and coordinate the work of mechanizers;
Monitor the quality and deadlines of work;
Contribute to the efficiency and improvement of activities;
Requirements:
Education or experience in the field of agronomy (advantage);
Understanding of agricultural processes;
Responsibility, organization, initiative;
Ability to work in a team.
