Nature of work:
- Systems Architecture: Design and implement integrations between Salesforce, internal ERP, e-commerce platform and external vendors (XML/API).
- AI Agent Ecosystem: Build and manage autonomous AI agents (using OpenClaw, CrewAI, LangChain, etc.) that solve real business challenges.
- Salesforce Development: Configure Salesforce Flows and create custom logic to ensure CRM efficiency.
- Process Automation: Build error-handling workflows with Make, n8n or by reading the code directly.
Expectations for the employee:
- Have solid experience with API integrations (REST, Webhooks, OAuth) and data structures (JSON/XML).
- Have worked with CRM systems (Salesforce is a big plus).
- Fluent with Python or Node.js (for scripting and agent development).
- Understand the principles of LLM (Prompt Engineering, RAG, Context management).
- Have an “architectural mindset” – you see not only the task, but also its impact on the entire system.
