We are looking for an AI engineer who will independently design and develop the LLM and agent layer of the product - from idea to a solution that works in the hands of real users.
Your main tasks will be:
- Information extraction from documents.
- You will build reliable extraction of structured information from documents (often in multiple languages), with validation mechanisms where human-in-the-loop is required.
- Quality measurement. You will implement accuracy assessment and error catching so that we know how the solution actually works before each release.
- Agent automation. You will design LLM API-based processes, their management and knowledge bases.
- Data integration. You will work with spatial and geometric data and connect them to AI processes.
Requirements
- Strong programming skills: TypeScript or Python at a high level (both are an advantage).
- Real-world LLM experience in a product (Anthropic, OpenAI, Gemini or similar) - extraction, RAG or agents released to users, not just testing.
- Understanding how to measure LLM quality: evals, accuracy metrics, error analysis.
- Ability to independently lead a feature from idea to production.
- Ability to communicate with both the technical and business teams and clearly present your solutions.
- English for work; Lithuanian is an important advantage (you will work with documents in several languages).
