Intro:
We are looking for a hands-on AI Transformation & Automation Engineer with strong experience in designing, building, and integrating AI solutions into business operations.
Your primary mission will be to work closely with internal stakeholders, understand their business processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop practical AI-powered solutions that automate workflows and create measurable business value. You will play a key role in helping teams improve efficiency, unlock new opportunities, and make better data-driven decisions by leveraging AI, automation, and innovative technologies.

Recruitment Process:
Throughout the recruitment process, we place strong emphasis on giving candidates a clear understanding of the role, its objectives, our collaborative work culture, and the company’s IT ecosystem.

- Practical task and its presentation.
- Final interview with the Hiring Manager and the CEO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Rapidly prototype AI solutions, validate hypotheses, and test new AI use cases in real business scenarios.
- Integrate LLMs and AI solutions with internal business systems (ERP, CRM, and others) and everyday business processes.
- Design, develop, and deploy AI agents and automated workflow solutions.
- Work hands-on with leading AI models, including OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate directly with stakeholders across different business departments to understand workflows, identify pain points, and uncover automation opportunities.
- Analyze data, measure the impact of deployed AI solutions, and continuously optimize business processes.
- Stay up to date with the latest developments in AI and recommend practical applications that create business value.
What We’re Looking For:
- Practical experience working with LLMs, AI integrations, and workflow automation platforms.
- Ability to independently design and build functional prototypes, taking ideas from concept to working MVP quickly.
- Strong SQL skills, including query writing, REST API integrations, and data processing.
- Experience with OpenAI, Claude, Gemini APIs, and AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar.
- Ability to quickly understand business processes and collaborate with stakeholders to identify high-impact automation opportunities.
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and best practices for securely integrating AI solutions into existing enterprise systems.
- Strong business acumen, ability to build trusted relationships, excellent communication with internal stakeholders, and professional English proficiency.
