What will you do after joining us?
- You will lead the project managers by representing the company at the construction site.
- You will coordinate the progress of the projects.
- You will participate in negotiations with the client (as needed).
- You will lead daily Asaichi meetings.
- You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with occupational safety requirements at the site.
- You will report to the project manager and replace him/her as needed.
What do we expect from you?
- Successful experience of at least 3 years in a site manager position, managing high-value insulation projects.
- Higher engineering education.
- Very good knowledge of German and English.
- Result-oriented, effective work planning and management.
- Ability to work in a dynamic team and make decisions independently.
