Airfreight Manager

Manage end-to-end airfreight operations for pharmaceutical shipments
Ensure full compliance with GDP (Good Distribution Practice) and regulatory standards
Coordinate with airlines, handling agents, and global partners
Oversee temperature-controlled logistics (2–8°C, 15–25°C, frozen, dry ice)
Monitor shipment milestones and proactively resolve issues
Develop and maintain relationships with key airline carriers and vendors
Handle urgent and time-critical shipments (AOG, clinical trials, etc.)

Minimum 3–5 years experience in airfreight, preferably with pharmaceutical cargo
Strong knowledge of GDP regulations and pharma logistics standards (can be learned)
Experience with temperature-controlled shipments and monitoring systems (can be learned)
Ability to work under pressure and manage critical shipments
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
