Nature of work
- Greeting clients, coordinating registrations and communicating by phone, e-mail and text messages.
- Assisting the Ayurvedic specialist during consultation days.
- If necessary, translating consultations from English to Lithuanian.
- Providing information to clients about consultations, services and products.
- Daily administrative work, handling documents and inquiries.
- Preparing orders and sending shipments.
- Maintaining product balances and inventory.
- Maintaining the order and cleanliness of the clinic in daily activities.
- More administrative work on days when consultations are not taking place; some of it, if agreed in advance, can be done remotely.

- You are sociable, not afraid to communicate with people and know how to create a cozy atmosphere.
- You are empathetic and tactful - our clients often come with sensitive health issues, so it is important to be able to listen and communicate pleasantly.
- You are positive, hardworking, responsible and meticulous.
- You know how to independently plan your work and notice what needs to be done without waiting for a separate reminder.
- You enjoy not only communicating with clients, but also order, routine and administrative work.
- You feel good working with a computer and different systems.
- Excel, e-mail and daily administration programs are not foreign to you.
- English is necessary, because part of the work is done with an Ayurvedic specialist from India.
- It is not necessary to know Ayurveda - curiosity, openness and a desire to learn are more important.
