About the company:

Stafferty's client is an international university that is looking for a strong academic administration leader who would be responsible for developing academic activities, ensuring the quality of studies, coordinating scientific activities, and managing the department team.

Main responsibilities:

  • Lead the work and team of the Academic Activities Department.
  • Ensure the quality of studies, scientific activities and academic processes.
  • Coordinate the development, implementation and improvement of study programs.
  • Plan the department's activities, budget and be responsible for the results.
  • Organize academic activity processes and ensure their compliance with quality requirements.
  • Coordinate the improvement of teaching staff qualifications.
  • Cooperate with the university management, strategic partners and external institutions.
  • Initiate and implement academic development projects.

We hope you:

  • You have a doctoral degree.
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in academic administrative activities.
  • You are well-versed in the Lithuanian higher education system and its legal regulations.
  • You have experience in leading a team and managing changes.
  • You are able to plan strategically and make decisions.
  • You communicate fluently in Lithuanian, English and Russian.
  • You are able to build partnerships and effectively cooperate with various stakeholders.
