ABOUT THE COMPANY:
Stafferty's client is a private international university of humanities and social sciences and arts, operating in Vilnius for over twenty years. The university's mission is to promote the development of civil society by offering international-level study programs and active participation in humanities and social sciences research. Currently, the university has about 1,200 students.
The university's goal is to constantly improve and expand, therefore we are currently looking for an Academic Support Center Manager.

Nature of work:
- Administration of study schedules (data collection, systematization from various sources)
- Preparation of schedules, coordination with teachers and their approval
- Adjustment of schedules and communication with students and teachers
- Preparation and coordination of study process schedules
- Analysis of problems and submission of proposals for process improvement
- Preparation of documents related to schedules
- Performance of other tasks of the direct supervisor
Requirements:
- Similar work experience (administration, coordination, academic environment – an advantage)
- Excellent communication skills (in Lithuanian, English and Russian/Belarusian)
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
- Analytical thinking, ability to systematize and summarize information
- Diligence, organization and responsibility
- Advantage – experience working with scheduling systems
