You will be responsible for:

comprehensive creation and development of initiatives related to the promotional publication;
formation of the direction of the promotional publication and ensuring results;
budget planning, analysis of results and achievement of the planned financial result and ability to draw appropriate conclusions from the results;
initiation of processes, their development together with colleagues and external partners and manufacturers;
cooperation, building a close relationship with colleagues from their own and other departments (commerce, trade, supply), together achieving the best result;
creation of a good microclimate in the team, trust and transfer of responsibility to project managers;
nurturing leadership, mentoring and leading a team that would like to grow.

work experience in the field of trade management;
