Active Driver Recruitment Manager

About the position

This is not a traditional recruitment position.

We are looking for an active, courageous and result-oriented person who is not afraid to make the first contact, likes to communicate, build relationships and is able to convince professional drivers to choose Girteka as an employer.

In this position, you will combine active sales, driver recruitment and market development. A large part of the work will consist of direct communication with potential drivers, finding new contacts and building a personal network of contacts.

What will you do?

• You will actively search for potential professional drivers and initiate contact with them yourself.
• You will create and constantly expand your network of driver contacts.
• You will visit driver parking lots, gathering places, events and other places where you can reach potential candidates, find out their expectations and actively "sell" the job offer to potential drivers.
• You will look for new, non-standard channels for attracting drivers and ways to reach the target audience.
• You will establish and maintain relationships with local communities, partners and other sources of potential drivers.
• You will monitor the driver market, competitors and market trends and turn insights into concrete actions.
• You will cooperate with HR, Transport and central driver selection teams.
• You will take responsibility for the recruitment process in the region and its result.

What do we expect from you?

Your previous experience can be:

• in active sales;
• in business development;
• in customer acquisition;
• in recruitment / talent acquisition;
• in customer management or other result-oriented position.

• you are active, proactive and not afraid to take the first step;
• you boldly establish contact with people you don't know;
• you know how to build rapport and trust;
• you have strong communication, persuasion and negotiation skills;
• you are focused on a specific and measurable result;
• you are able to independently organize your work and take responsibility for the result;
• you speak excellent Polish and Russian, good English.

How will we measure your success?

In this position, the number of completed actions is not important, but the result.

You will have clear responsibility for creating a flow of driver candidates and converting it into real jobs.

• Monthly salary: From 2500 to 3490 EUR (excluding taxes). The specific salary is offered taking into account work experience, competence and compliance with other requirements of the position.
