Your main tasks:
- Active Sales: Present and promote the company and its range to customers (transport companies, truck repair shops and truck spare parts sellers), identify their needs and goals, negotiate terms of sale.
- You will be responsible for building long-term, strong relationships with customers and ensuring that they are met with the best solutions.
- Customer Service: You will accept customer inquiries, perform spare parts identification and reservation functions, providing exactly what the customer needs.
- You will ensure that inquiries are processed quickly and professionally, and that customers feel valued.
What do we expect from you?
- At least 1 year of experience in truck/car spare parts or trade. If you already have experience in this field, it will be easier to start and adapt quickly.
- Experience in working with parts trading companies, truck repair shops, transportation companies and fleet managers. Your experience and network of contacts will be a great advantage in this position.
- Knowledge of the regional market, both potential customers and competitors. You know what is happening in the market and are able to use this information in your sales strategies.
- Experience working with electronic spare parts catalogs. The ability to work with modern technologies and catalogs will help you be efficient and accurately provide customers with the necessary information.
