Nature of work
We are looking for a strong B2B active sales professional who is able to independently develop a client portfolio, actively seek new sales opportunities and build long-term relationships with clients!
WHAT WE EXPECT:

- Active work with existing and new B2B clients in the construction sector selling personal protective equipment (all over Lithuania).
- Regular visits to clients, understanding their needs and proposing suitable solutions.
- Attracting new clients and developing the sales potential of existing clients.
- Preparing commercial offers, negotiating and managing the entire sales process.
- Building long-term relationships with clients by communicating with company managers, purchasing specialists and other decision-makers.
- Achieving set sales goals.
- Monitoring the market, customer needs and competitor actions and responding to changes.
Employee requirements
- At least 2 years of active B2B sales experience (working with construction sector clients would be an advantage).
- Ability to independently plan visits and manage the entire sales process up to payment.
- Experience in attracting new customers, negotiations, objection management.
- Ability to quickly absorb information and work with IT systems.
- Category B driver's license.
