Nature of work
We have an operating Furnitano branch in Klaipėda and an existing B2B customer base. We are looking for someone who will take over and actively grow it - travel to furniture manufacturers, look for new customers and develop the Klaipėda region. This is not a job where a client is waiting for you in the branch.

- You will communicate with existing Furnitano customers and look for new opportunities.
- You will visit furniture manufacturers and other B2B customers in Kaunas and the region.
- You will present new products and solutions to customers.
- You will prepare offers, maintain contact with customers and help close sales.
- You will work together with the Kaunas branch and central Furnitano team.
What we expect from you
- You have active B2B sales experience.
- You are able to independently find potential customers, establish contact and are not afraid of cold calls, direct visits and negative responses.
- You are able to manage the entire sales process - from clarifying the customer's needs and presenting the product to the offer, negotiations and closing the deal.
- You know how to present a technical product in a reasoned manner and clearly demonstrate its value to the customer.
- You are able to expand sales to existing customers, increase their basket of purchased products and renew cooperation with inactive customers.
- You are able to independently plan your working day, customer visit routes and sales actions, you work neatly with the CRM system.
- You speak and write Lithuanian perfectly, and you know English at least at a working level.
- You have a category B driver's license.

- 2,500–3,650 € salary including taxes, depending on qualifications and experience.
