For this position, we are looking for a sales professional who understands the specifics of B2B service sales: long decision-making cycles, relationships, responsibility for promises and results.
This is not a position to “learn sales from scratch”. This is a position for someone who knows what they are doing and wants to work in an environment where results are taken seriously.

Responsibilities:
- Active search for new B2B customers and consistent development of relationships;
- Analysis of customer activities, needs and processes;
- Negotiations with decision-makers, coordination of contracts;
- Management of the sales process from the first contact to the start of the service;
- Implementation of sales goals and KPIs;
- Work with internal programs, data and reports;
- Close cooperation with other departments in order to fulfill what was promised to the customer.
What to expect:
- Significant experience in B2B services sales;
- Ability to work with complex customers and take longer to make decisions;
- Mature negotiation and communication skills;
- Independence, discipline and responsibility for results;
- Ability to work with information and programs in a structured way;
- Category B driver's license;
- Experience in the environmental management, utility or other services sector is a great advantage.
