Nature of work:
- Active B2B customer search and relationship building: You will be a direct ambassador of "Bokštelis.lt" in the market, forging long-term partnerships with companies in the construction and other sectors.
- Smart solutions for customers: I will analyze the needs of customer projects and provide professional advice on choosing the most optimal lifting equipment or machinery.
- Sales cycle management: You will prepare commercial offers, conduct negotiations, conclude contracts and ensure the smooth implementation of orders.
- Mobility and visits: You will regularly visit customers in their offices and construction or project sites to realistically assess the situation and offer what they need most.
Employee requirements:
- Sales experience: You have successful experience in active B2B sales (if you have experience in the construction, machinery or equipment rental sector - this is a huge advantage for you!).
- Negotiation and communication skills: You are able to communicate freely and boldly, negotiate with reason and are focused on a long-term result, not a one-time deal.
- Independence and proactivity: You are a person who does not wait for problems to solve themselves, but takes the initiative and offers smart solutions.
- Mobility: You have a category B driver's license and like dynamic work, not just sitting at an office desk.
- Computer literacy: MS Office programs and CRM systems are not foreign words to you - you are excellent at using a computer and understand that tidy data and technology are your tools to work faster and sell more.

Scissor lifts, which are suitable for working on facades or indoors, in order to perform work on ceilings or walls. Their working height ranges from 20 to 22 meters.
Articulated lifts, designed for use in hard-to-reach places, can reach practically any place due to their flexibility, and the working height ranges from 10 to 48 meters.
Forklifts and telescopic handlers for lifting heavy loads or building materials, with the ability to lift weights up to 6000 kg and reach heights of up to 35 meters.
Aluminum towers, which are easy to install and ideal for fast and safe work at height, with a working height of up to 14 meters.
Truck-mounted towers, which are mobile, easy to operate and can reach heights of up to 35 meters.
Trailer-type lifts, which are easy to transport and suitable for both construction and industrial areas with a working height of up to 30 meters.
Crawler lifts, which have the ability to pass and stand on uneven surfaces and are easy to transport. Can lift up to 400 kg and reach heights of up to 35 meters.
