Nature of work:
We are looking for an active sales trainer who not only teaches, but also creates real sales results:
- You will form and implement a sales training strategy, directly contributing to business growth
- You will conduct engaging training and practical sessions for employees throughout Lithuania
- You will create clear, practical and constantly updated training materials
- You will analyze employees' sales skills, identify growth opportunities and provide specific, value-creating insights
- You will work "up close" with teams and employees: you will observe real situations, evaluate according to sales standards and help employees grow through targeted feedback
Employee requirements
- Higher education (preferably in business management, psychology or social sciences)
- Active sales experience
- Creativity, responsibility and diligence
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent English language skills (written and spoken)
- Desire to learn a lot and improve, openness to new ideas and readiness to work with a team
- Category B driver's license
