Active Sales Manager in the Automotive Group

We are one of the largest used car groups in Lithuania — more than 1,800 cars sold per year, over 17 million EUR in annual turnover and our own financing solution for customers. We operate in Kaunas and Vilnius, and our goal is to become No. 1 in Lithuania. The Vilnius branch is our growth priority, so we are looking for someone to lead it.

You have experience in sales and management (automotive sector is an advantage, but not a necessity; results are more important than CV).
You are independent, not afraid of responsibility and do not wait for instructions for every step.

You will take full responsibility for the sales results of the Vilnius branch - plans, conversions, team discipline.
You will lead the sales team on a daily basis: training, motivating, adhering to standards (calls, meetings, car preparation)
You will ensure that each client receives fast and professional service - from inquiry to contract.
You will work with the CRM system and numbers: measure, analyze, correct.
