Nature of work
We are looking for an active, energetic, result-oriented Active Sales Manager who will be responsible for selling complex cleaning services to business clients.
- Active search for new clients (B2B segment);
- Presentation and sale of complex cleaning services to medium and large business enterprises;
- Preparation of commercial proposals, projects and contracts;
- Negotiation and development of long-term relationships with clients;
- Management of the sales process from the first contact to the closing of the deal;
- Market analysis and identification of new sales opportunities.
Employee requirements
- Sales experience (B2B is an advantage);
- Good communication and negotiation skills;
- Ability to independently plan work and achieve results;
- Focus on achieving goals;
- Responsibility, initiative and desire to improve;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Category B driver's license.
