MB NORD SYSTEM is an active sales team in Lithuania, working for the Norwegian market.
Our client is a Norwegian company that provides occupational safety and health services to foreign businesses in Norway.
Our job is to find, interest and bring in new business clients over the phone who will say:
"I finally found a partner who understands the pain points of my business's occupational safety."

Our client is a Norwegian company that provides occupational safety and health services to foreign businesses in Norway.
Our job is to find, interest and bring in new business clients over the phone who will say:
"I finally found a partner who understands the pain points of my business's occupational safety."
📞 Your work will include:
Your goal is to have at least 20 sales conversations (daily) with decision-makers, clarify their situation and lead them to a decision to cooperate. These are not "just cold calls". These are consultative sales, where your ability to understand the client's "pain", questions and arguments determines whether the client will choose to change their current supplier.
- Active sales of services by phone in Polish - you will call potential business clients and present the solutions we offer.
- Clarifying the client's needs - you will listen, ask precise questions and adapt the offer to their situation.
- Searching for new clients and maintaining contact with existing ones - you will strengthen trust and long-term partnership.
- Sales process management - from the first contact to submitting an offer and agreeing on cooperation.
- Orderly work with the CRM system - so that all actions and agreements are clearly and accurately recorded.
🎯 What do we expect from you?
- At least 1 year of experience in active sales or telemarketing (B2B).
- Ability to communicate clearly on the phone and establish a trusting conversation.
- Result orientation, perseverance and desire to achieve more than just the "minimum plan".
- Motivation to earn from commissions - the basic salary is just the start for you.
- Native Polish (a prerequisite).
- Knowledge of Lithuanian and / or Russian - would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of the CLASP sales methodology (or the desire to quickly understand it).
