Nature of work
- Active presentation and sale of CARGOTEK heavy transport services in Germany to transport and logistics companies in Lithuania and foreign markets.
- Search for new customers and development of long-term relationships.
- Communication and meetings with existing customers, analysis of their needs and proposal of the most suitable solutions.
- Preparation of commercial offers, negotiations and coordination of contracts.
- Work with the CRM system and administration of sales processes.
- Market monitoring and identification of new business opportunities.
Employee requirements
- Good technical knowledge of heavy-duty vehicles and understanding of repair and maintenance processes.
- Experience in B2B sales is a big advantage.
- Knowledge of the transport, logistics or service market is a big advantage.
- Good computer skills.
- Fluent in English and Russian, both spoken and written.
- Knowledge of German or Polish is a big advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship building skills.
- Ability to quickly navigate situations, make independent decisions and organize work effectively.
