We are currently looking to join our team as follows: Active Sales Manager
If negotiations energize you and the result motivates you, this position is just for you. We are looking for someone who not only sells the activity rental service, but also builds long-term relationships and is not afraid to think boldly.
Responsibilities waiting for you:
- Actively seek new business leasing sales opportunities and initiate contacts with business clients yourself.
- Manage the entire sales cycle in the CRM system - from the first contact to the partnership.
- Achieve and implement sales goals, focusing on growth.
- Build long-term relationships and become a trusted advisor to clients.
- Ensure professional, standards-compliant customer service.
- Work according to the company's values and results-based approach
What do we expect from you:
- Initiative and results orientation - that you actively seek out new opportunities and clients.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to create long-term value for the client.
- Sales or customer service experience (or willingness to develop it).
- Independence, positivity and teamwork.
- Analytical and computational skills.
