We are currently inviting an Active Sales Manager to join the team, who will be responsible for business development in Lithuania and the Baltic States.

We are currently inviting an Active Sales Manager to join the team, who will be responsible for business development in Lithuania and the Baltic States.
What will you do with us?
- You will actively seek new business clients and build long-term cooperation relationships.
- You will develop the portfolio of existing clients by identifying new sales opportunities.
- You will represent products and solutions in the Lithuanian and Baltic markets.
- You will prepare commercial offers, negotiate prices and cooperation terms and successfully complete sales transactions.
- You will consult clients and help them select the most suitable technical solutions.
- You will analyze the market, competitors and look for new business opportunities.
- You will cooperate with customer service, logistics and finance teams, ensuring smooth order fulfillment.
- You will plan sales, forecast results and achieve set goals.
- You will regularly visit clients in Lithuania and, if necessary, in other Baltic countries.
We hope you:
- You have successful experience in active B2B sales.
- You are able to independently plan your activities and are result-oriented.
- You are a strong negotiator, you know how to build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- You have technical and analytical thinking, you are able to offer customers the best solutions.
- You are fluent in Lithuanian and have good command of English.
- You work well with MS Office programs (especially Excel).
- You have a category B driver's license and are ready for regular business trips.
- Experience in technical textiles, awnings, transport, construction or related fields is an advantage.
