🚀What will you do after joining us:
We are looking for an active, communicative and result-oriented 3PL Sales Manager who would contribute to the growth of the 3PL service package - actively search for new customers, establish contacts and sell the 3PL services we provide.
Main responsibilities and tasks
Active search for new customers ("Cold calling" / "Cold emailing"): identification of potential B2B customers who need complex logistics solutions, search for contacts and establishment of initial contact.
Presentation of the 3PL service package: analysis of customer needs and offering the most suitable solutions for them.
Negotiations: preparation of commercial offers, coordination of pricing and negotiations with potential customers.
Active maintenance of communication with a potential customer from the first contact to the start of cooperation.
Search for new sales opportunities and potential market segments.
Registration of sales contacts, agreements and results in the CRM system

💼 Requirements for an employee:
Excellent telephone communication skills;
Knowledge of the logistics, transport, warehousing or forwarding sector is a great advantage.
Experience in making cold calls and independently searching for new clients.
Excellent negotiation, argumentation and service delivery skills.
Ability to understand the client's business needs and offer the most suitable solution.
Proactivity, perseverance and result orientation.
Ability to independently plan one's work and sales process.
Excellent computer skills (MS Office).
Knowledge of English is an advantage.
Knowledge of the logistics, transport, warehousing or forwarding sector is a great advantage.
