We invite you to join our team and become part of the "Kavos mugė" and "Šaltinėlis" teams! We are looking for an active, proactive and result-oriented sales manager who is able to establish new business contacts, nurture relationships with existing clients and contribute to the growth of the company. What will you do?
- You will actively seek out new business clients and expand your customer base.
- You will communicate with clients by phone, actively sell our products and services.
- You will present commercial offers and help clients choose the solutions that best meet their needs.
- You will analyze client needs and offer the most suitable solutions.
- You will prepare commercial offers, conclude contracts and oversee settlements.
- You will create a positive customer experience and maintain long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with clients.
What do we expect from you?
- Have active B2B telephone sales experience.
- Able to find potential customers, establish contact and are not afraid of cold calls, direct visits and negative responses.
- Able to manage the entire sales process - from clarifying the customer's needs and presenting the product to submitting a commercial offer, negotiations and closing the deal.
- Able to present products in a reasoned manner and clearly reveal their value to the customer.
- Able to develop sales to existing customers, increase their basket of purchased products and renew cooperation with inactive customers.
- You are communicative, proactive, results-oriented and able to independently organize your work.
