Main tasks of the position:
- actively seek and attract new B2B customers, physically attend meetings and purposefully develop sales of panel processing and furniture blank manufacturing services;
- analyze customers' business models, production processes and real needs, offering the most optimal technical and commercial solutions that create long-term value;
- professionally present the company's production capabilities, service news and technological solutions, educating customers and helping them to make their business more efficient;
- negotiate and agree on mutually beneficial terms of cooperation, focused not only on price, but also on quality, deadlines, flexibility and partnership;
- ensure an exceptional customer experience - from the first contact to long-term cooperation, creating added value, not one-time sales;
- cooperate with production, design and internal teams, aiming for smooth implementation of solutions and exceeding customer expectations.
Requirements:
- experience in active B2B sales, where the main work is finding new customers, meetings and building long-term relationships (advantage – manufacturing, furniture, interior or construction areas);
- business thinking and ability to understand the logic of the client's activities: production processes, costs, deadlines, quality requirements;
- experience or ability to quickly understand the specifics of panel processing, furniture blanks, materials and fittings (technical curiosity – essential);
- ability not only to "sell", but also to consult, educate the client, argue solutions and create added value;
- strong negotiation skills – ability to negotiate price, terms, volumes and conditions, while maintaining profitability and the partnership principle;
- excellent communication skills, ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with client representatives at different levels;
- driver's license (category B) and readiness for active movement to clients;
- computer literacy and ability to work with CRM/sales systems (or motivation to learn them quickly).
