Nature of WORK

  • Actively seek and attract new customers, attend meetings and purposefully grow sales;
  • Maintain long-term relationships with existing customers;
  • Understand customer activities and needs, consult and offer the most appropriate OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY MEASURES solutions;
  • Closely cooperate with supply and other internal teams to ensure customer needs are met in a timely and high-quality manner;
  • Monitor market trends, customer expectations and the competitive environment;

Requirements

  • experience in active sales for at least 1 year;
  • ability to work in a team and achieve common goals;
  • ability not only to "sell", but also to consult, educate the client, argue solutions and create added value;
  • excellent communication skills, ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with client representatives of different levels;
  • driver's license (category B) and readiness for active movement to clients;
