"Ali Chocolate" is looking for a DEPARTMENT MANAGER

We are looking for a department manager for the "Ali Chocolate" department. This is a job for someone who enjoys a busy everyday life, warm communication, and clear order - when the team feels good and customers leave with a smile (and dessert in their hands).

Organize the activities of the department: ensure smooth sales and production routine, clear processes and continuous improvement.

Form and lead the team: conduct selections, introduce new employees, team motivation, daily leadership and development.

Ensure the highest level of customer service: compliance with service standards, resolving situations, customer care.

Create work schedules and manage working time accounting.

Maintain general order and ensure compliance with internal rules.

Take care of stocks and orders: balance control, order planning, inventories.

Ensure quality and cleanliness: hygiene, quality standards, responsible attitude to the products sold.

Cooperate with the administration and other departments: clear communication, quick decisions, smooth work.

Management experience (a big advantage – in the service, retail, café/HoReCa areas).

Agility, responsibility, initiative, courage in making decisions.

Ability to adapt to a changing environment, remain calm and constructive.

Strong people management skills: ability to gather a team, reach agreements, resolve situations.

Good organizational skills, orderliness and sense of responsibility.

Understanding of the basics of the Labor Code / working time accounting (would be an advantage).

Work in a stable, growing company and a clear role of the manager.
