The Alytus County Branch Coordinator, together with the Branch Manager, ensures smooth and high-quality activities of the groups, and takes care of the implementation of the Robotics Academy's mission, vision and goals in the branch.
At the Robotics Academy, you will have the opportunity to work in a young, ambitious team, coordinating the daily activities of the Alytus County Branch.
Who is the Alytus County Branch Coordinator?
The Alytus County Branch Coordinator, together with the Branch Manager, ensures smooth and high-quality activities of the groups, and takes care of the implementation of the Robotics Academy's mission, vision and goals in the branch.
What does the coordinator of the Alytus County Unit do?
- Manages the financing of Alytus County NVŠ (non-formal children's education);
- Communicates with educational institutions, municipalities, partners and clients;
- Administers groups of clubs and camps in the Robotics Academy system;
- Prepares and administers documents and analyzes statistical data;
- Implements tasks assigned by the head of the Alytus County department, participates in and leads development events;
- Ensures the representativeness of the county premises, replenishment of stationery;
- Deputizes the Alytus County coordinator and mentors.
What do we expect from a new team member?
- Higher education;
- Similar work experience. Ideally - in an educational institution;
- Willingness to contribute to technological education;
- Fluent written and oral communication;
- Initiative in improving the company's activities, organization, idea generation;
- Ability to work not only in a group of people, but also individually;
- Quick orientation in critical situations;
- Ability to plan time and complete tasks on time;
- Driver's license and own car (category B).
