As an AML/CTF Compliance Analyst, you will be part of a nimble, versatile team, playing a key role in onboarding B2B clients and managing them throughout their lifecycle, utilising both established and innovative tools, as well as helping to improve our internal compliance processes as we grow.

Besides working alongside other Analysts and the 2nd line of defence team to conduct due diligence and ensure ongoing compliance with regulations, you’ll be working closely with Sales & Account Management teams to ensure a great customer experience during the onboarding process.
Your responsibilities:
- Conduct due diligence (CDD/EDD/ODD) on Business clients, both new and existing, supporting a compliant onboarding process with a smooth client experience.
- Monitor and investigate suspicious activity, escalate findings to the MLRO, and prepare necessary reports.
- Review screening alerts and contribute to improving screening processes.
- Support the development and maintenance of policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks related to onboarding and ongoing due diligence.
- Assist in audits, regulatory reporting, and ensure documentation is complete and accurate.
- Assist the AML Compliance function with ad-hoc projects and reviews as needed.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of AML/CTF compliance experience, focusing on KYB processes.
- Strong understanding of AML/CFT regulations and LB/FATF guidelines.
- A solid work ethic – attention to detail and accuracy, a sense of ownership and a results-driven mindset.
- Comfortable working independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Great-to-haves:
- Familiarity or experience with innovative compliance tools including AI-driven solutions.
- Data or coding skills (SQL, Python).
- Previous experience in FinTech or Crypto.
