Today, we invite a motivated and responsible Analyst in the ESG risk group to the [b]Artea bankas team, who is ready to work in a team, make joint decisions, achieve set goals, is open to discussion, would like to work in a culture based on trust and, of course, be #closer.
You will be #closer every day and:
- I will calculate and analyze the Bank’s CO2 emissions from financing and investment activities and improve this process;
- You will quantitatively assess the impact of climate risk on the Bank’s activities;
- You will help prepare the Bank’s disclosures – sustainability report, capital and risk nature reports;
- Prepare internal reports related to ESG risk management;
- Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of the ESG risk management system;
- Monitor the requirements of supervisory authorities and legal acts for ESG risk management and apply them in the Bank's activities;
- Contribute to the development of the organization's risk culture.
To be #closer, you will need:
- University education in finance, economics, mathematics, business administration, sustainability or a similar field;
- Experience in the financial sector would be an advantage;
- Interested in or have practical experience in the ESG field;
- Working with data analytics programs (e.g. SAS, SQL or Python) would be an advantage.
- Analytical and strategic thinking, ability to analyze regulatory requirements and apply them in practice;
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Lithuanian and English;
- A clear and consistent adherence to a risk and compliance culture – the ability to integrate risk and compliance principles into decisions, ensuring transparent, reliable and sustainable operations.
