What do we expect from you?
- Higher education in statistics, economics, finance or data analytics (RE-related studies are an advantage).
- At least 2 years of experience in the RE sector.
- Ability to process large amounts of data, summarize and present them clearly.
- Analytical thinking - the ability to see patterns and causal relationships, not just numbers.
- Independence, responsibility and initiative.
- Curiosity and a desire to constantly learn - the ability to see "beyond the numbers".
Your future responsibilities
- Analyze Vilnius individual house real estate market trends, price changes and supply-demand balance.
- Search for company development opportunities (plots) both in the Vilnius region and in the near abroad.
- Monitor competitors' projects: locations, concepts, target audiences, pricing and sales progress.
- Prepare regular market and project reports and clear, reasoned insights.
- Create and provide insights for pricing and strategy of existing and future projects.
- Cooperate with sales, marketing and finance teams - your data will become the basis for their decisions.
- Improve and administer the company's databases and CRM systems, structure information and contribute to the automation of reports.
- Search for trends and models that would help predict the direction of the real estate market.
