You will be responsible for:
- working with large amounts of data and integrating data from different systems;
- preparing periodic personnel indicator reports;
- creating new reports, administering and optimizing existing ones;
- forecasting working hours and personnel costs;
- calculating the variable remuneration of employees and managing the bonus system;
- participating in the preparation and management of the personnel cost budget;
- participating in the implementation of the personnel management program and its administration;
- managing additional benefits for employees.
We appreciate your:
- excellent Excel skills;
- experience with Power BI (visualizations, reports);
- SQL and database structure and query writing skills;
- analytical thinking, diligence and ability to work independently;
- ability to communicate clearly with colleagues from different fields;
- higher education in IT, mathematics, data analysis or similar. field.
